Did You Know?
Our current property portfolio includes over 850 homes designed for low to moderate income independent seniors, persons with disabilities and small families living in the regional district. Ballenas communities offer a mix of rental rates based on demonstrated need from deep subsidy to low-end-of-market and rent-geared-to-income (RGI).
Over the past decade, Ballenas properties have received Municipal Design and Commercial Building Awards. In 2022, our 10 Buttertubs building received the Award of Merit from the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
